The Role

Cement production is responsible for 8% of global CO2 emissions, more than aviation, shipping, and long-haul trucking combined. Ecocem is shaping the future of low carbon cement with ambitions to deliver a 50% cut in CO2 emissions from cement by 2030. As part of our focus on continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst who will contribute to developing the strategy for future growth at a global level.

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, venture backed business that can change the world for the better. You will be working in a high-performing, entrepreneurial, talent-focused and innovation driven business. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an initiative-taking and driven individual to have a significant impact in a brief time.

Ecocem, established in 2002, has grown our presence in Northwest Europe to become the leading independent supplier of high performance, low-carbon materials technology in our sector. Enabled by strong leadership, large investor support from global organisations, and a world leading innovation programme, Ecocem has seen significant growth in demand for its innovative technologies and products.

The role requires the provision of strong financial analysis and modelling, market research and analysis, and development of presentations and reports required to support senior management’s ambitious plans to expand the company at a global level.
